Welcome to Muniellos

The Interpretation Center of the Muniellos Integral Natural Reserve is much more than an information point; It is the welcoming sanctuary to one of the most important forests on the continent. Located in Tablizas, at the gates of the reserve, its visit is a must (and free) even if you do not have permission to enter the forest.

What do you offer?

The center has interactive exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the area, especially focused on the brown bear and the grouse, the two great emblems of these mountains.

The Accessible Route

Two accessible paths, suitable for wheelchairs and strollers, start from the center itself, allowing you to go a few meters into the forest and feel the magic of the centuries-old oaks and the sound of the Muniellos River without having to take the full 20 km route.
